Homework Assignment: Look for an opportunity to say thank you to your husband. Be very specific about what you are thanking him for.

“Thanks for being such a great dad.” is nice, but “Hon, thank you so much for taking the time to help John with his homework. You were so patient with him.” is so much better. (Today is Father’s Day, so if your sweetie is a dad, this is a good time to be specific about why you are celebrating today.)

Look for an opportunity. Be specific.
