Shared Schedules

My recent move to Trello from a bullet journal has me thinking about calendars and schedules and such.

One area of friction in many marriages is communicating (or rather not communicating well) over time use issues. Missed appointments, double-booking your time, and small mixups can strain any relationship.

One helpful solution is to buy a large calendar for 2020 or set up a Google calendar both you and your husband can access.

Or you may want to meet up once a week to look over your schedules. Get all your appointment ducks in a row, schedule the important things, and look for ways to build in a little margin for yourselves and your marriage.

Communicating over time use can be especially important for the holidays and may be something you want to talk about as a habit to create in 2020.

The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities. Stephen Covey

  • PrayerPrompt: Ask God to help you and your husband communicate well about your appointments and activities.
  • Seth’s Blog: If Every Day Were Thanksgiving Gratitude works.
  •  Honoring Intimates is a great place to buy lingerie. All the selections are displayed on mannequins and there is sizing information with each product (you can even email them for help with this because clothing sizes can be so variable).
