The Best Habit

Every time your husband does something you don’t like and a grouchy thought crosses your mind … pray.

Every time you grumble as you pick up his socks … pray. Every time you want to say something snarky … pray. Every time you know he is dead wrong … pray.

No, I’m not saying you shouldn’t talk through problems with your husband or that you shouldn’t ask for what you want.

I am saying a prayer in response to struggles in your marriage is the best habit.
