Watching Out for Your Man
The next time your husband has a clumsy moment, ask yourself if there’s something practical you can do to reduce the chance of it happening again.
Things like reorganizing a shelf (so he doesn’t wind up under an avalanche of items) or securing a rug (so he doesn’t trip on it again) can make his life easier (and less dangerous!). And, if you know he is going to routinely break something and you can’t do anything about it, keep a few of those items on hand (my husband is always breaking drill bits).
Pray for his overall safety as well.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Ben Franklin
