Just a reminder that baby steps will get you where you want to go.
I get it, needed changes that are big often require big solutions. Big steps feel like the fastest way to solve the problem, but the truth is big steps can be overwhelming and are more likely to cause to burn out.
Baby steps are doable and if you flop one day it’s easier to pick it up the next day. Yes, it will take you awhile, but you will actually get there!
So take a habit you want to create (like staying on top of laundry) or a new attitude (being sex-positive). How can you break it down into baby steps and little-by-little create good change.
