Can You Find Your Gift?

December 21, 2013

in the generous life

I have a cute idea to share from a generous wife (thanks, Mandie!). She used the idea with a Father’s Day gift, but I’m thinking it would be great for Christmas as well.

This Father’s Day I bought my husband a watch. He recently developed an allergy to nickel and being as we aren’t able to afford an expensive watch, he has been unable to wear one. Well about a month ago I stumbled across a watch on clearance at a local department store that had a leather band all the way around with the watch part on top so the leather would protect him from the metal.

Let’s get to the good part… so… I was wracking and wracking my brain of a creative way to give him the watch. And it hit me.

Tonight. When the kids are in bed, I’m going to put the watch on, with a bunch of other chunky bracelets and necklaces, and a SEXY new corset and panties I bought today and I’m gonna tell him that his gift is somewhere on my body and let him find it. I can hardly wait. He’s going to LOVE it. And every time he looks at his watch to check the time, maybe he’ll think of tonight and how sexy I think he is and how much I desire him.

How fun! Turn your gift item into an experience that will put a smile on his face.
