I just couldn’t settle down to write a simple blog post because …
… my son just got engaged to a very lovely young woman! (doing the happy dance) We’ll have wedding bells sometime next year after my son moves from nights to days on his job. (I would have put a picture here, but the bride-to-be is a bit camera shy. I’m going to have to stalk her with a camera. You can tell I’m going to be a great mother-in-law, huh?) ;)
I went to a tea party / cookie exchange last night. I had amazing fun and I’m thinking of making it an annual event because, well, I had amazing fun! (You get tea party pictures instead.)
I follow a lot of blogs and obviously the holiday season has inspired everyone to write amazing posts. I couldn’t pick just three to link to. So I’m linking to way more than usual today. Pick one or two (or all) to enjoy.
