Save Your Sanity (or perhaps his)

October 9, 2013

in the generous life

My laundry room looks so much better.

It tended to be the “dump room.” You know, the place you set things when you have company coming over or when you just don’t know where to put something (it can be sorted out later, right?)

Well, you can imagine how much I enjoyed doing laundry (not).

A couple of weeks ago, I dejunked and my husband (bless him) helped me move some shelving units around. It is so nice to have a clean and functional laundry room. The stress is down and laundry is so much easier to do.

It’s amazing how much clutter can affect my attitudes. It steals my sanity and my time.

Dejunking, on the other hand, rocks.

Is there an area of your house that’s stressing you (or your husband)? Why not plan a work day and work through the clutter.
