My cottage garden is so pretty. I love the riot of color among the green and gray of the leaves …
… but the Lamb’s Ear has taken over in places.
I was going to dig it up and divide it last fall, but didn’t get around to it. Then I planned to divide it this Spring, but, you guessed it, I didn’t get around to that either. So it’s really overgrown and crowding some of the other plants.
I got to thinking about marriage and how this concept could apply.
Are there areas in my life that are “overgrown” and crowding my marriage? Is there busyness that needs “digging up and dividing”?
It’s healthy to periodically examine your life. Don’t let the Lamb’s Ear of life crowd out your marriage.
