Safe Place

in the generous life

Yesterday I had a really tough day. I was struggling with some personal losses and general difficulty in a couple of relationships.

My husband was the best. He gave me hugs and encouraged me. It didn’t solve my problems, but he gave me a safe place to confront and deal with my struggles.

What a sweet gift to offer your spouse. Hugs. Encouragement. The acknowledgment that life is not perfect, but that you love them and you are standing with them.
