Here’s a Facebook comment from Lynn in response to the tip about treating your husband special.
I seem to have run out of ideas of things I can do for my husband. I cook homemade meals every night (which he prefers to restaurants, I make his lunch every morning, I send him photos of me and our son throughout the day, I rub his feet a couple of nights a week. I don’t say this to get kudos, I just seem to do the same stuff over and over and wonder if there are any new ideas that are cheap/free.
I get this. We all need fresh ideas from time to time. Let’s help Lynn (and each other) out by sharing our ideas. And, while we’re at it let’s turn this into a contest!
Share how you show preference to your husband in all those small special ways as a comment to this post. On June 10th I’ll pick a random number and the person who posted in that spot will win a copy of Love & Respect (or the book of their choice from the Marriage Book Library).
I’m looking forward to hearing all your ideas!
