First Words

March 19, 2013

in the generous life

What are the first words out of your mouth in the morning?

What is said first tends to set the tone for your day and hubby’s day as well.

So let your words be kind and encouraging. Give his day a great start. Yours too.

A kind word is like a Spring day.  Russian Proverb

Hee, these days, we say something like “Ok, time to face the peril!”

Neither of us have very perilous jobs, but it’s an acknowledgement of how nice it would be to just stay wrapped up in each other’s arms.

Lori,
It’s so nice to meet another Lori! As I read your “About Lori,” I see that we have more in common than our name. God bless you as you sound the call to biblical wifehood (is that a word?) and womanhood. And thanks so much for sharing “I Was a Foolish Woman” with your sweet blogging community.
