Consider the question, “What one thing could I do to make my sex life better?” 

Actually the smaller the change the better.  Why?  Because it’s do-able and even though it’s small, done consistently over time, it can effect great results. 

Why not commit to kissing your man for 10 seconds each day or try a new position once a month?  Perhaps buy one new piece of lingerie a month.  Create a personal care regimen that will leave your skin soft and very touchable.  Find a creative way to say “join me in the bedroom” each week or consider reading 2 books on sexuality this year.

Pick one thing and do it consistently.  (Mark it on your calendar if you need to.)

I love this. I’m all about doing one small thing, and then another, and then another, until you’ve developed a positive pattern. It applies to creating a healthy sex life, eating well, exercising – lots of things.
