Have you ever said something harsh to your husband? Do you remember those hurtful words you spoke that you really didn't mean?
Words can cut. Words can sting.
I encourage y'all to take what you've said and "flip it."

"I wish I'd never married you!" becomes "I look forward to growing old together."
"You're worthless!" becomes "You are so valuable to me."
"I hate you!" becomes "You matter to me."
Make the time to speak healing and encouraging words to your husband. Do so again and again until those old hurtful words fade.
There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing. Proverbs 12:18 ESV

Someone’s status on Facebook today: “Got husband out of the house with breakfast. Hate him working on Saturday, hate missing family events and hate having an exhausted husband.”
I told her: “Now state all that in the positive, and see magical things happen. Really.”
Words really do matter. Say what you want, and eliminate the negative.

@Kathleen It really is amazing how words can build or tear down.
