Invite God In

December 30, 2012

in the generous life

Yesterday I mentioned dreaming a little about how you would like to see your life change.

If you thought much about your marriage, I’m willing to bet there are few bits that need improving and, for some, you are facing real struggles.

Invite God into those parts of your marriage. I know it seems a bit simplistic, but God really does want you to have an amazing marriage and He can move in ways that we cannot to effect change.

Invite Him in.

Something amazing happens to our hearts when we pray for another person.  Stormie Omartian

Love the quote for today and truly believe in the power of prayer! Therefore with thus being said I need prayers over my rocky marriage and for the constant fighting to stop. Willing to return the favor for any other person’s needs. Thanks

I would like to invite God more deeply into our marriage, and in to each of our hearts more fully. Special prayers for my youngest son, and the Lord knows the groanings of my heart for him. Thank you, and blessings to all.

Thanks for SO much, that’s *just* what I needed to hear today.

I pray that God will restore our marriage. I pray that the Holy Spirit washes over both of us, providing forgiveness, repentance and deliverance. I pray that our brokenness is mended, our family relationships are restored. Please cleanse sin out of our lives. Heal our hearts and provide reconciliation. I pray that God ignites a new passion for one another and makes our marriage purpose-filled and successful. I pray that we can model what God-filled covenant marriage looks like for our children and others we come in contact with. I pray that our marriage becomes everything God intended it to be. In Jesus name I pray.
