Thanks and a Hug

in the generous life

Happy Thanksgiving Day, y’all!

Hug your sweetie and offer thanks to God for all the good in your life.

~ Just a little reminder that, while holidays are meant to be happy, sometimes they can trigger difficult memories or grief from recent loss (the first holidays after the death of a loved one can be very hard).

If this is the case, take the time to encourage your husband and offer plenty of hugs.  Let him know that it’s OK to grieve even though others are celebrating the holidays. Make a change in plans if need be.
