Get enough sleep.

It’s a whole lot easier to be kind and patient with your spouse (and everyone else) when you are not sleep deprived. It’s better for your health and your sanity.

Yes, I know there are seasons you are not likely to get many hours of sleep in a row, but do your best to rest when you can and let the dust bunnies play.

Such a timely post. I got very little sleep last night due to young children waking up. I’ve been praying about it frequently so far this morning and have already told the children that I was tired and may not be as patient as usual today, so please be considerate. It is going well so far.
