In his first blog post, The Declaration Every Great Writer Makes, he challenges writers to not let bad messages like “you don’t have what it takes” or “you aren’t good enough” to take you out, but to firmly and publicly declare that you are a writer.
Bottom line ~ our perception of ourselves can make or break what we do.
Ah, heck … occupational hazard alert! The same thing applies to being a generous wife. How important it is to see ourselves clearly and not let bad messages take us out.
So I’m accepting his challenge and making one of my own.
1) I am a writer!
2) I am a generous wife!
Consider joining me in declaring that last one? Choose to see yourself as a generous wife. Don’t let nay sayers get you down. Declare it, own it and live it. You really are a generous wife. Yes, you are. Really.
