A Bit of Elbow Grease

February 23, 2012

in the generous life

Even though my husband is something of a “messie,” he still (usually) notices and appreciates clean.  If I clean the rabbit cage or wipe down and straighten the tea/soda area in our office, it blesses him.  Clean is good.  Order helps life function better.

So this is your mission: clean up something for your husband.  Be careful not to mess with something that he is protective of, but just find something that will bless him.  Straighten up a few drawers or sweep out the garage.

Please don’t feed the dust bunnies.   Author Unknown

I needed this little bit of encouragement today, all the kids are home for Parent teacher conferences and it is going to be a messy day.

I am so cleaning my husband’s truck today! He likes my detailing! Getting ready for our trip to Arizona! Thanks for encouraging us to bless our husbands! He sure has been smiling a lot lately! (-:
