Valentine Prep

January 9, 2012

in the generous life

I know this may seem early, but I just thought I’d remind y’all that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner (36 days from now).  It’ll be here before you know it.

Give some thought to what your husband might appreciate and plan accordingly.  Perhaps take into consider your husband’s love language, his interests and anything that he has mentioned lately that he thought would be fun.  It never hurts to give yourself a little planning time.

Without Valentine’s Day, February would be… well, January.  Jim Gaffigan

What a wonderful post- thank you for the ideas! I’m going to try it with little puffy crochet hearts for my husband! Be blessed :)

In my case, my DH doesn’t like Valentine’s Day, so anticipating his needs means not making a big deaL out of the day. Thankfully he is good at giving little gifts randomly throughout the year.

Thanks for all you do, Lori!

Love those dice!

This is a bit hard for me because my husband’s Valentine’s style is to not celebrate it! If I do something for him for Valentine’s Day I honestly think it would be to do nothing. If I WANT something on Valentines Day he would do it but for him, he’s just not into it. Maybe I will ask him. He will probably want to watch a Valentine’s horror movie or something like that! :)

You have some of the best graphics! I love the Valentine dice for this post. Are those real? I’m sure my husband would like to play with those…

Thanks for consistently great posts.
