Make Room for His Hobbies

© Nielsdw | Dreamstime.comThe husband of a friend of mine raises rabbits … lots of rabbits.  He buys and sells them.  He also raises them as pets and for meat and fur.  Did I mention that they have a lot of rabbits? She occasionally helps in feeding them and in general care.  She’s named her fair share and has made more than a few stops to look at rabbits.  She is in the know about rabbits because she has taken the time to study her husband’s hobby.  I’m fairly certain that she doesn’t love the rabbits as much as he does, but she is caring enough to make room for his hobby.  Way to go.

What does your husband love to do?  How can you reasonably make room for his hobbies?

I heard somewhere that you can choose the opposing football team that your husband is cheering for and bet a sexual favor at the end of the game. This tends to make football a little more interesting for the wife.

I read a lot about finding out about our husbands, which is great. I watch my husband movies, go where he wants to go, wear the scent he likes, When do the husband start doing thing the wife likes?

When they start reading The Generous Husband. :) You can, and should, let your husband know what you need and want, but there is a real place for men to encourage other men to grow up and be the husbands that God calls them to be. It is a function of the body of Christ.
