I find that if I wash fruit, prepare snacks and display them nicely and/or conveniently, my husband and family will actually eat them. If the fruit is in a bag in the back of a drawer, it’s likely to go bad, but if I put it out on where folks can get to it, it will be eaten and enjoyed. Same for all kinds of snacks and munchies.
People tend to grab the quick and easy treat, so keep a number of organizers or serving bowls handy. Pick healthy foods (and a few of their favorite sweet treats) and benefit your honey.
(I like collecting unusual serving dishes. You can also make your own tiered serving plates. Here is a link to a pretty tiered stand that you can make with glassware, but you could use unbreakable items as well. Choose your glue wisely. Read the label and buy a glue that is right for the surfaces of your project.)
Love is a fruit in season at all times, and within reach of every hand. Mother Teresa
