Take Care of Your Lawn

in the generous life

© Tbel | Dreamstime.comIt’s easy to look at others and think their marriages are better, but the truth is we all face challenges in our marriages. Don’t get caught up in thinking the grass is greener somewhere else. Look at your marriage in a positive light and be grateful for the goodness that is there.

Take a moment and list at least three things that are good about your marriage.  Share your list with your husband.

The grass is always greener on the other side, until you jump the fence and see the weeds up close.  Albert Grashuis

Love this! So true. We need to be willing to see this as truth without “jumping the fence” to find out the hard way.

This is very true. From hearing of other people’s stories, sometimes there are snakes in the grass on the other side. Let’s cultivate the grass on our side.
