Definite Plans

June 4, 2011

in the generous life

Make definite plans to have sex this next week.

An odd statement, yes, but sometimes the busyness of life can overrun general thoughts or intents.  It’s rather like looking at the clock and realizing it’s 4 pm and you don’t know what’s for dinner.  With sex, you can look back at your week and realize that you haven’t made time for intimacy with your husband even though you meant to.

So make definite plans.  Think about which days are easier/better.  What is the best time of day?  What do you need to do about the usual distractions?  Then do it!

I wholeheartedly agree! Some people think that you erase the fun of sex when you schedule it. My reply: Families schedule trips to Disney World and report having a LOT of fun. Definite plans are a wonderful thing. Thanks for the reminder!

Can you have your hubby post this for husbands? Seriously. Thanks! :)

Amen! And just because you put it in your schedule (which gives you something to look forward to), doesn’t mean that it has to be in your husbands schedule. Surprise him. Seduce him. I guarantee you will have a lot of fun :)
