A number of folks from our church went hiking today (the weather was lovely). I think something like that is great couple time and with the benefit of exercise too!
Why not find ways to exercise with your husband? Yes, it will be a bit challenging because of the physical differences, but you could golf together, hike together, or play Wii together (aff link – there are all kinds of activity games). In a pinch you can hold each others’ feet for sit ups/crunches.
Walking gets the feet moving, the blood moving, the mind moving. And movement is life. Carrie Latet
