My husband and I sit at a desk most of the day and we both could stand to lose some weight. We’ve been experimenting with our diet and exercise. Even though we are handling it differently (we are very different people) it’s so nice to have someone to buddy up with. The encouragement we give each other is priceless.
Is there something you can do to improve your diet and exercise regimen? Serve healthier meals. Invite your husband to join you in a walk. Find ways of encouraging each other to eat and live healthier.
