Share What You Are Learning

in the generous life

Lately I’ve been reading a couple of history books and also mutzing around exploring different coaching concepts.  My husband is currently wrestling with Joomala and working to improve several new pasta/seafood dishes (I am so not complaining about this).  We could just go our separate ways and enjoy what we are learning, or we could do that AND share what we are learning with each other.  It makes our worlds bigger and we have great couple time sharing about our passions.

Share what you are learning with your husband.  It helps if you condense what you are learning into manageable bits, but it’s OK if you ramble a bit too.  It’s the total adventure you are sharing and sometimes that means sharing during the process of learning which is not always neat and simple.

If you approach each … person … in a spirit of adventure you will find yourself endlessly fascinated by the new channels of thought and experience and personality that you encounter.  Eleanor Roosevelt

Funny you mention this today!!! :) I finished my very first knit heel sock last night and I decided to learn how to learn how to knit them because my hubby loves wool socks! He appreciates that I knit and crochet, but he’s very excited about this project!!! :) Thanks for your ministry!!! :)
