Small Changes for Big Results

in the generous life

*** 16 days until Valentine’s Day ***

It’s fairly easy to get in a rut sexually.  The nice thing about breaking out of a rut is that it doesn’t necessarily have to take something earth shattering to make the break.  Small consistent efforts will do.

Let’s just take ordinary ol’ missionary sex, man on top.  You can change it very easily by moving your legs to a different position (wrap them around his ankles, his knees or his bum).  Do something different with your hands (stroke his back or tease his nipples) or mouth (kiss along his ear or gently bite his shoulder).  Pay attention to your husband’s responses and spice up the norm with small creative changes.

If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies.  Author Unknown

I call the sexual rut “combination sex”
Just like opening a safe – 23 right, 18 left, 51 right, turn handle, open door.
Kiss, kiss, right breast, nuzzle nipple, check for moisture, repeat once if necessary.

You are so right that just adding a new wrinkle to the comfortable routine can freshen our love-making and renew the bond.
