After the hustle and bustle of the holidays, give yourself some time to rest and recoup.  Bonus points for doing so with your husband.  Take a nap, relax for the evening with a movie, or go for a leisurely walk.  Rest and relaxation are an important part of creating a healthy balance in your life.

My own prescription for health is less paperwork and more running barefoot through the grass.  Terri Guillemets
