Declare Husband Appreciation Day! You could mark it on his calendar or send an email announcing the event. Fix a special dinner (or you might meet him for lunch) and present him with a simple gift or two. Tell him how much you appreciate him.

I do something similar. Every single month we celebrate our “monthiversary” (the day we got married for each month, happens to be the 9th for us) I get more into it than he does so it ends up being husband appreciation day! I don’t mind spoiling him at all! Thank you for keeping us generous!

I love your blog and am constantly quoting you on my Facebook Fan Page. I’m hoping that many of my fans/friends will subscribe and catch every post. They will be encouraged and empowered by your words. It is God’s command that wives respect (KJV “reverence”) their husbands. A thesaurus search helps 21st century wives understand His directive:
adore, appreciate, attend, be awed by, be kind to, comply with, defer to, esteem, follow, have good opinion of, have high opinion, heed, honor, look up to, note, notice, observe of, pay attention, recognize, regard, revere, reverence, set store by, show consideration, show courtesy, spare, take into account, think highly of, uphold, value, venerate
