Opportunities to Help

August 3, 2010

in the generous life

When your husband is crunched for time are there things you can do to help him out? Run a couple of errands, be an extra set of hands, or bring him a meal as he works. Help him out where you can.

Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day.  Sally Koch

Usually, making a meal gets an enthusiastic response and makes a big difference if Gary’s having a busy day.

Be part of the solution!

I try to help my husband out in many ways, but I always feel like I am in the way or my help doesn’t matter to him. I know we don’t or shouldn’t do things for recognition, but when it comes to my husband I would like to know that he likes and appreciates what I am doing.
