One way to change your bedroom life is to change your thought life.
During a given day do you think about sex? No? Why not set out an item as a reminder to think about sex (perhaps put a couple of heart stickers where you will see them during the day). Yes? What are your thoughts? Are they healthy and inviting? Are you looking forward to sex? Do you remember with enjoyment or day dream in anticipation? If not, examine what you do think about. How can you begin to think about sex differently? Challenge old tapes (sex is dirty). Intentionally play new tapes (I enjoy intimacy with my husband). If you think you need help, reach out for it. Read a good book or make an appointment with a counselor.
