Bits of Fun

in the generous life

Here’s an idea for a fun, and possibly sexy, game.  Get some slips of paper and divide them into two piles.  On the slips in one pile write different “body parts.”  On the other slips write “action” words, like “kiss,” “tickle,” or “stroke.”  Then invite your husband to play.  Take a slip from each pile and direct the “action” toward the “body part.”  Your choice of words can make the game sillier or sexier.  Keep in mind your husband’s comfort zone and his idea of what is fun, romantic and/or sexual.  (As a variation, you could leave two slips of paper on his pillow each night for a week.)

We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.  George Bernard Shaw

Be generous!

Hey, I’m new to this website and LOVE IT! I’m also a recent bride and these are great tips of how I can help our marriage start and stay strong. I do want to say that I have tried this little game with my husband. But, instead of using strips of paper I bought two big fuzzy dice (you know the ones you see hanging on car rear view mirrors). One die was dedicated to body parts and the other was dedicated to an action (one word fits on each side). Once the dice are rolled a third regular die was thrown to see how long each action would last. So if you rolled a “Massage”, “foot”, and a “5” who ever rolled it would have to massage the others foot for 5 seconds (or minutes, you decide). It’s been a lot of fun, we typically play on friday nights; we each get three rolls before bed. This ensures a great start to our weekend and keeps intamacy, it also gives us another reason to look forward to fridays! :)
