@ titus2gal ~
Yeah, Netflix! :) Mostly we're just trying to catch up with the different series we missed over the last couple of years. I enjoyed House (why do I like cranky people?) and Dr. Who (the new stuff). Lori <><

This something my hubby and I have been doing for a while. We actually rent a seris from Netflix which has many old and new, domestic and foreign series to choose from. Some you can watch instantly. We just finished All Creatures Great and Small and before that a series called Foyes War. Both are English and very delightful. We actually learned a great deal about World War II from the English perspective while watching Foyle's War, which is a detective story based during that time period.

This is a great idea that works well to bring couples together at the end of the day for some relaxation and interaction. We are currently watching Northern Exposure and waiting to see what happens next with Dr. Flesman and Maggie. Please, don't tell me how it ends...! :>}

But do tell us you picks for the series that you like. We'll be in the market for something new soon.
