This last weekend, my husband and I went to support some friends in a workshop (HeartChange). At one point they had family groups (some couples, some siblings) stand up and share “two things they love and admire about each other.” It was amazing the amount of healing that happened as people spoke from their hearts.
After the exercise, they encouraged folks to continue to do this at home on an ongoing basis. Can you imagine what their relationships would look like if they took the time to do this every couple of days or even just once a week? Why not give it a try with your husband?
